Storms heart will stay with me forever. I am so in love with the character of Tiago that I simply can hardly contain the swooning feelings in my heart. He was utter perfection and simply beyond amazing. From his profound protective nature to his sensual and seductive mesmerizing sex appeal , I was simply swept away. Sassy Niniane had me laughing and happy..then heartbroken for her . She was brave and strong all condensed into one small fiery package. There wasn't anything in the universe that could stop these two from tumbling headlong into an epic love. The action in Thea Harrison novels is spellbinding and the emotions that they bring forth are extremely attention getting but totally addicting too. You get sucked into this amazing magical world and I for one never want to leave. I love and actually only want loyal heroes when I read..heroines who don't play games is also a must. I love that the mating in this series isn't just nature, something they have no choice over. It's a process starting on a elemental level traveling to their hearts and ending in their souls. Last Day of My Life (Freebirds #4) by Lani Lynn Vale @LaniLynnVale

From the very moment Jack held Winter's hand moments after meeting her, I was in love with this book. Lani has the extraordinary ability to create love stories I can believe in. Characters that are loyal from the first meeting to the HEA. She proves in every single book that unnecessary drama and angst between the lead couples isn't needed to pad a story. There won't be cheating or whoring heroes and that is something I absolutely love her for. Jack was the most steadfast hero I have read in so long. To stay celibate and honor his vows even after death .. Proves how this author honors the vows of love. I adore her secondary characters as much as the leads and there is always dialogue that has me laughing out loud to moments of such deep emotion that the tears flowed freely. I will say this couple had the most tragic road of any I've read of Lani and I can't imagine how it must have felt to be in her mind and heart as this book was written. Sadness , healing and then beauty and joy were captured perfectly along side an epic couples love story that I didn't want to end. I'm so absolutely head over heels in book love with all this author writes. Diving into the next one soon.

Annalisa Nicole is like this little fairy who sprinkles me with romanctic perfection when I read her stories. This time I went in blind with trust.. I DID NOT READ THE SYNOPSIS!! So there was laughter.  Mystery. Anger Sadness. Fear and at times hopelessness. But as in the true Annalisa Nicole magic fairy dust way she slowly brought me to a satisfying conclusion with love and peace in my heart. River was arrogant, selfish and sometimes rude. That was his first layer. Like water before it boils..River slowly showed the ripples in his angry facade. Jos was the fire that started him simmering..heating up all the memories and torments..making him face everything. To feel everything and to SEE everything. This read had me mesmerized and consumed. I read it in one sitting and even when I hurt so bad and wanted to throw my previous against the wall.. I couldn't stop..I had to see.. I just had to see. I did. I saw hope, peace, forgiveness. Another One Bites the Dust (Freebirds #3) by Lani Lynn Vale @LaniLynnVale

OK so I think I realize now why I absolutely love and adore Lani Lynn Vale's writing style. It's because it just seems so down to earth. From laugh out loud funny moments to sobbing emotional ups and downs. The fact is this author just gives me authentic stories with just enough fictional suspense that it sucks me in and keeps me there. Max and Payton couldn't have fit more perfectly together. I just really fell hard for this couple. Lani doesn't steep her stories in jealousy or other women drama. It's not necessary to make a love story work and this author knows it. Her heroes are loyal and they aren't afraid of falling and aren't afraid of family. I'm so hooked on this author I might need therapy. As of right now Lani holds the number one spot on my Safe author list. Suspense, sexy times and crazy family with authentic love stories. I simply just love it.

Make You Burn (Deacons of Bourbon Street #1) by Megan Crane

I feel like a treasure hunter who stumbled upon a massive rare artifact. Melodramatic? Maybe. But when a reading addict like myself, finds herself lost in the massive and endless list of books that  JUST DON'T GRAB ME!!  I get in a mood that could resemble a toddler with a pouty lip and stamping foot. Yea that bad. See I need a book that  I CAN'T PUT DOWN!!  I simply shake like a heroin addict when I find mediocre after shamefully mediocre read. I get sidetracked and disinterested and just plain sad. I'll have 4 or 5 books going at the same time..and clearly still yearning. Then I started reading Megan Cranes Make me Burn and it was like that sweet first taste of sinful ice cream on a hot Louisiana summer day.. Or sweet tea ..iced with the dripping condensation on your neck as you can't drink it fast enough. It was just that satisfying. Exactly what I needed. From the first dirty, rough and crude word that Ajax spoke, I was HOOKED Like Sophie I was addicted to all that dirty asshole said. He was unapologetically MALE and he burned..with everything that word entailed. This being an MC novel means No butterflies and rainbows were hiding in the pages.  But some hot , raw and seductive cat and mouse game was right there sucking me in. At times these two were so on fire I couldn't tell who would come out top, on their knees or up against a wall. This was the first installment in what promises to be an explosive series and I am so ready for more .. I can hardly put into words how I'm feeling. Well I think you get the picture.. It was just that freaking good. Megan did an Awesome job showing the gritty sexy and raw lifestyle of the MC club doesn't have to have a cheating hero. That is my favorite part of this book.  Ajax had eyes only for Sophie from day one and ..she was enough for him in every way. I devoured this in one day and simply just want more.
