Another winner from Tessa Bailey. We were so thrilled at having the opportunity to review the ARC for Staking His Claim as Tessa is a Sizzling Pages favorite.
Matt was a character I was so intrigued by in previous books. I knew he had a dominant kinky side and was actually pretty open about how he was fighting it. Little things he said in the previous book led me to believe he didn't think he was ever going to find a girl that could handle him.
Then he meets feisty Lucy, Of course little does he know that and their relationship starts off with a lie but doesn't keep these two apart for long.
The story was pretty angst filled but there were some deep issues being dealt with. The one that Matt couldn't deny is that Lucy was made for him in so many ways even though he didn't think he deserved her.
Explosive love scenes as usual fill the pages and Tessa doesn't skimp on the heat. Matt was another dirty talker and when he went from dominant to sweet it just blew me away.
I really enjoyed seeing more of what was going on with the other characters we feel in love with before.
The epilogue of course brought tears to my eyes and again I am so happy to have the chance to read another sweet hot love story from Tessa.
