Wow this one surprise this one was. It was heavy on the details but once I just tucked in and got lost in the story I was able to overlook how long it was. I just simply loved how meaningful the relationships were and how I was able to watch this couple fall in love , learn how to stay in love and above all else learn how to love themselves.
It's hard sometimes to find refreshing and sweet romances. I need those more and more lately. So many books are dark and painful. While there was some moments of angst in this story , it wasn't overwhelming. The characters learned from their mistakes and owned up to them. I loved Jeremy. He was just so sweet and possessive. I adored how much he respected women and how he did everything in his power to convince Emily that she needed to be able to fight for her dreams.
I look forward to more from this author. Josh's story is going to be one I can't wait to read.
