Talk about heating things to and keeping them smoldering. The sweetness though was my favorite part of their relationship. He adored Scarlet and showed her in all the right ways.    A special side character was the added bonus. Scarlet's grandmother Ms. Fair had me laughing and snickering the whole time. This story had something I absolutely love and adore. Well quite a few things actually. A sexy and larger than life (really he's huge) alpha male. A single mom and an adorable little girl. Freaking funny and exciting banter that had me in stitches. But most of all this guy fell so hard for both baby and mama. Let me tell you it's true . The bigger they are the harder they fall. Cole had issues.. He's an angry guy. But hell he's paid to knock the living daylight out of his opponent. I simply wanted to punch Pipers dad and several other characters. I adored Cole and even though this book has a big pet peeve of mine.. (pushing away by hero) it absolutely was written well and the heroine was strong, feisty and fought for what was right. This beast never stood a chance against little Rosie and his "Beautiful" Piper. Fans of engaging banter, sexy and sizzling hot passion, a strong heroine and a hero that loves as deep as he is tall.. Black by Aria Cole is a promising start by a debut author that promises sweet sexy and safe romances.    Maxwell is the quintessential beastly, gruff and bossy hero of our story . This guy had layer after layer of sweet, to dirty to outright Jerk. Those are the guys I seem to love to hate and hate to love but like Maxwell's moods going back and forth my love for him seesawed too.  The heroine, Elle was a confusing mess of innocent and snarky. One moment she's fearful and unsure, the next a siren calling the shots. For some reason this worked and I was engaged the whole way through. I hope that in future books Aria will have less angst and push pull from her hero. Maxwell walked a fine line between beast and hero. But then again.. He never claimed to be anything but. I'd have to say my favorite was the sizzling passionate love scenes. These two were electric.   My only complaint was this really wasn't what I'd call instalove because Maxwell pulled away too often and too much. He did give good grovel so that's a plus.  Great start and I'm looking forward to more. I absolutely love that this was a 100% Safe read and zero other woman/men drama.  I secretly pray for a hero who knows immediately what he wants and never wavers. What a sweet and Sexy little read.  Dexter was adorable and so obsessed with Elena from the first moment.  That was so cute was Elena already had a massive crush.  Both had issues and fears that held them back in life and I absolutely loved that both were innocent and enjoyed all the firsts with each other.   I'll definitely be going back and reading as many of this author as I can.  Another perfect hero author that's safe from all the other woman drama and that pushes her to the top of my must read list.    Wasn't perfectly written but the total truth is I'd read 1 million imperfect writing style books.. When I heard Alexa was writing a hot story with two virgins I said yea baby sign me up. Bray was an inigma , so intense and held himself so closed off but his fascination with Rebecca slowly built until he was knocking down his own walls. His protective nature kicked in right away and I loved how he cherished her.    When Alexa writes anything you know it's going to be five alarm hot and this was exactly that. This had nail biting suspenseful moments that my pulse racing and kept me on the edge of my seat. There were some sweet and romantic moments too though and I really enjoyed this new addition to this authors Sizzling library . I can honestly say this lady is my guilty pleasure . Alexa, please gimme more One Woman , Don't touch what's Mine Alpha Males  because I can't get enough.
