It feels like ages since I fell in love with a hero by the name of Remington Tate. The one thing that stands true is this guy stole my heart and I've never been the same. My first real book review was for Racer's dad Remy and it changed so many things for me. To be able to spread my love of books, authors and everything beautiful about romance. When I heard Katy had decided to write Racer, I admit I kinda screamed a bit.    I have loved every single installment in the Real series but nobody ever touched my love for Remy. Racer again seduced my senses and touched my heart. Full of life and energy this sexy guy sped right past all my caution flags and really claimed into my heart to stay right there with his dad.    Lana was perfect for Racer because she saw beyond the pretty package and felt his need for acceptance and love. Together they burned up my kindle and had me slowly reading so the story wouldn't end. Remy will always be my #PerfectHero #TopFav but Racer is right there sitting beside him. Katy has a way of just giving me those heroes who are loyal from first sight and so male that you feel the testosterone oozing on the pages.      Racer is more than speed , he's passion, Beauty and energy that definitely won me over.    I really hope Katy brings us back since Lana has 3 brothers and sassy Iris needs her alpha to claim her.   Amazing story, amazing hero. Hands down loved it.

Legend (Real #6) by Katy Evans @authorkatyevans

I began writing reviews a few years ago after I was blown away by this beautiful broken yet amazingly strong boy named Remington "Remy" Tate. I had never even attempted to review a book before. I finished Real by Katy Evans and I couldn’t contain the emotions it caused to bubble up inside of me. I am not sure how a character can simply become someone you feel like you actually know, someone you care about and root for. Remy became my favorite hero .and still is. I fell so hard for this hero that every hero after Remy was measured against this perfect alpha and usually couldn't match him. I felt this series has just captured my heart in a way I can't convey in simply English. This series is so special to me, and the first book Real will by far live in my heart forever. Every single book after Real touched me and captured a little piece of my soul. To find out this is then end ..well it’s bittersweet and I felt so sad yet craved it anyway. Maverick “The Avenger” Cage Maverick was another beautiful broken boy who filled all the cracks in his soul with the steel of a warrior. His determination and his drive could literally be felt vibrating from the pages. I felt his rejections and his hope dwindling but at the same time I also felt his soul and spirit drive him harder at every closed door.  Reese Dumas Reese with 3 words changed this wonderful man's life along with her own and my favorite Remington Tate.  With 3 words bonds were built and wars were waged between enemies that aren't the ones in our face but those behind us.   3 words.. Maverick was not only determined to fight his way to the top. He was absolutely sure that Reese would be his and that he'd not stop till he was worthy of her love. I can't tell you how you'll feel reading this beyond breathtaking story but I will tell you what I felt.  Anticipation  for each moment these two spent together.  She calls to me on the most primitive level. She’s in my fucking veins. This girl.  Wonder  at how close the grew even in times apart. How one simple touch between these two surpassed pages of sex I've read in other books.  Awe  that one conversation had more emotional depth than you can ever describe. Eagerness and melancholy  that I didn't want it to end yet couldn't stop reading.   Amazement in how Katy took a match that you don't know who to root for but absolutely convinces you the winner who was meant to win did in the end. And winner isn't the right word and singular isn't the right term. Because winning in life isn't always the victor at the end of a soul crushing battle, it's the feeling you accomplished creating something, a feeling of rightness, a family, bonds, and in the end a legacy.   With this series I'll always think back to heroes who fought hard to find themselves along with the woman that fits them and makes them even stronger. Heroines who weren't perfect but found the belonging and family in men who aren't to proud or too strong to hand over their heart. Heroes that are totally loyal and proud to be faithful. Katy has not just written stories she's created characters who are so vivid, so REAL that they will live on always.. Even after that last page. I will never forget... #RealFan4Life  **I felt the need to share my trailer from 2013..just because.

Since I fell hard for Remy in Real by Katy Evans I’ve eagerly anticipated every single book she’s written since. She kept me on my toes and kept stealing my heart with each installment.      When I found out Ripped was coming and Pandora would finally get her justice, I was beyond excited.    Pandora was an enigma to me and I wanted her to pull out all of her secrets and finally let us see the broken hearted girl that hid inside. Behind those goth like clothes and the “piss on the world persona”, I just had a very deep feeling that someone with a huge heart lived in her seemingly cold hearted chest. And the walls start to come down the moment they are really alone.    One second, I’m a woman with a thousand walls, who rarely touches anyone or allows a hug. In the next, I’m six years younger, and he’s the guy I let in. I don’t want that girl to take over, but I live in her. This is her skin, and nobody can make it tremble like he does.      So many truly epic moments of passion and complete energetic erotic perfection happen in the pages of this novel. It’s a heartbreaking climb through the past that tried to destroy them. But when a love like this exists there isn’t a force of nature strong enough to keep these lovers apart.Their chemistry was so freaking powerful that seriously I felt it vibrating..from my Kindle.    I adored every single scene and loved how Katy kept Mackenna true to Pandora once he laid eyes on her again. How he made her know from the get go that his past were all cheap and in the moment substitutions for her all of those years apart. Nobody turned Mackenna’s head but Pandora. He wasn’t letting his girl get away again.    What transpired was a battle of wills. But, neither wanted to really break the other down. No, they wanted answers and healing and with the passion in between them ..all of the walls came down and the love came through. I was in rock star/ second chance love story heaven. MacKenna was the epitome of sex on a stick. From his energy on stage to his heat and dirty mouth in the bedroom ..he was just perfection. Katy makes her heroes personalities so alive that you feel their sexual power leap from the pages. Rogue (Real #4) by Katy Evans

Everyone that knows me knows that I am a huge Katie Evans fan. I adored Real so much that I it was my first ever  review. I must've told every book lover I came across to give Remington Tate a chance.  I was in book hangover so hard. I jumped on every single installment in Brooke and Remy's love story. When I heard Katie was extending the series to include books about Brooke's friends I was thrilled to say the least. I did have this small ..thought in the back of my head. Almost guilt I think. Thinking how can she ever compare to my Remy? How could I love another hero as much as him? Well the answer to that is Greyson "Zero" King. He's nothing like Remy ..but in all of his differences he is equally as fantastic and I adore him yes..wait for it..  Just As Much!! ...Forgive me if I tend to RANT ..but here goes!!!     Greyson was just going through life hiding, being invisible and having absolutely no connections with anyone. He couldn't. That would be too big of a risk to take. Then his father calls him back and wants him to take over the family business. He can't say no. He's offered the answer to a question that has haunted him for 13 yrs.    But what he didn't expect is one of his duties..is HER. Melanie Myers.  He watches her from afar, studying her. Learning everything. She is alone, surrounded by people. Feeling unloved but trying to find that special love in man after man. He watches her with one night stand after one night stand and quickly he starts hungering to stop it. His blood burns for her and he knows she is HIS in the most profound way, but he also knows he's wrong for her. I knew I’d have enough, and her hunt would be over the day I decided to let her know I intended to be that man.  FUCK HER PRINCE CHARMING. She’s getting me. What transpires once these two connect in the pouring rain is nothing short of explosive.   I can say that everything I love about an asshole hero..is personified in Greyson King. He doesn't mince words and doesn't waste them either. He's all about actions and his actions scream..I own you. You are mine.    I love it! “I’ll be selfish. I’ll take everything I want, whenever I want it. I’m not the man of your dreams, Melanie, I’m your worst nightmare.” I find certain elements in love stories necessary to make me feel connected to the characters in them. I need flawed characters so I can feel the humanity coming through. Melanie was saw herself as so far from perfect that she almost gave up on finding love. Her history might make people dislike her but I felt like she was just a lonely girl hungry for that one connection from someone who would stick around and love her like she truly always yearned for.  Greyson, took over her mind and heart with just one look..a look that said ..you belong to me.... Hottest love scenes ever..and I it started off with dirty rough and filthy but HOT sex..to emotional and beautiful ..that it took my breath away.    Greyson was just the write kind of dominant and passionate man to take on her fire and crazy restlessness. Melanie knew he was bad for her but when her heart took control it was no going back.  There were some pretty dangerous obstacles in place to make this couple fight for each other. There was a moment where I wanted to slap Melanie but she was dealing with those awful insecurities again but Greyson stepped up and let's just say ..he made it all OK. A man who thought he was incapable of love and woman who thought she'd never find it. They crash into each other and I was enthralled and riveted like a heroine addict. I wanted more. I woke up at 230 am to finish this book. I couldn't put it down. I am in awe again of the beautiful mind of Katie E vans. I anxiously await Pandora's book  Ripped. I feel Katie is challenging herself with each hero..not as a competition but each hero is one amazing and extraordinary character ..that makes us love them equally.
