What a sweet, funny, sexy roller coaster of goodness.  Sometimes being a full time working mom and now a Nani too.. I find myself absolutely out of breath, time and low in spirit. When it comes to reading advance copies now I have to be very picky and very careful. Time is just so rushed that when I start a book I've got to be able to get lost in the story right away or I've got spread my self out reading other books to fit everything in.  Today I found just what I needed in this amazing story. Just like that took everything in my life for a full Friday night and all day today and pushed it out of my way.. Like far far away. I simply devoured it and I'm about to shout from every book lovers roof top to get it now. Russ was the reason book boyfriends are forgotten ,because he's all book man, pure book hero and absolutely male.    Purely masculine and totally sure and firm about what he wants.    Penny is sweet and sassy on the outside, wholesome and pure but underneath she's sin and sex and simple pleasures. Russ gave Penny everything she didn't even know she needed.    From banana bread with grandpa's marmalade to rescuing and loving the dog that stole my heart.. Hell she cooks him eggs people!!  The scenes with Russ and Guppy had me either laughing hysterically or swooning over the pure affection Russ had for this sweet, huge, spoiled dog. All because Guppy was important to Penny.    Russ cared about what Penny needed, wanted and he gave so much in so many ways to show her.      The cast of crazy characters like the Mayor, Maise, Grandpa and even Dick Dickerson we're vibrant, full of life and I never wanted it to end.  The romance made my heart beat faster and warmed me from head to toes.    Russ hungered for her purity, starved for that simple all consuming connection found in Penny a love like we only dream of.    Two unlikely souls crashing into the absolutely bliss of romance perfection I simply can't convey how thrilling and sexy and just laugh out loud fantastic this story was.      I search for these types of stories with every swipe of my kindle and when it happens well it's Just Like That. #autoread #SafeRead #favorite #scorching

I'm mad at myself for waiting so long to read this funny, sexy, brilliant book. With so many heavy topics out there gagging us with angst, cheating, manwhores and I want you but can't have you so I'll screw everyone else, stories.. Well this book on every sarcastic page had me either laughing out loud or swooning with happiness.    Two people who have personalities that would scare small children and the elderly find exactly what they need in each other. To those people who read things and take them on the more serious side..    Prepare yourself before starting this love/hate story.    Because for every Bitch or Asshole you here thrown out.. For every shut up and kiss my ass or Fck you.. Replace those words in your head like one of those code games. Plus their inner dialogue will let you know what they really think.    Candy’s crawled under my skin, and I can’t dig her out. Worse is how I’m not even sure I want to.  These words to these two people are the I love you, you complete me, or you're beautiful and I can't live without you. “I love you, Candy. I’m not always going to be a pleasure to be around, and running White Horse can make me an asshole.  Still I’ll always put you and the kids first.”  Hayes with all of his growly gruff ways had me over the moon.     This us a comedy and it's not supposed to be taken seriously but holy heck did I find a beautiful romance here.   For his thoughts always showed how he really felt .  Does she already have a man in White Horse? Who is he? I’ll find out and scare him off. And if he doesn’t scare? I’ll beat him with a bat. I’ll take an ax and chop him into tiny pieces. No, drag him behind my truck until he’s mush. Most importantly Candy knew and saw through to the teddy bear (psycho, rabid maybe) inside. And she just didn't give a crap..she loved every sarcastic and growly word he spoke    She gave as good as she got    and Hayes fell hard for her and her twins.  These two kids had me rolling.  If you need a sexy funny Romance to lift the dreary gloom of some of the crazy books out there this will make you happy and hot all over. Fusion (Explosive #5) by Tessa Teevan @TessaTeevan

This story was truly the sweetest and most romantic journey. I enjoyed the progression of two little 8 year old ninja turtle loving beings finding an instant connection that created a life of Beautiful moments. I swooned, laughed, cried and sighed. Tessa just has a way of pulling you into her stories and captivating you with so many emotions.  The humor is at the perfect level and the angst is just right. No upsetting jealousy drama and unnecessary plot devices will be found in this heartwarming story. That isn't to say that their journey didn't have pain and sorrow . These two had the triumph after the pain and the sun shining after the sorrow because everything they went through they did it together ...even when only one of them was carrying the other.     I just have so many warm feelings right now. Jeremy and Sierra had the kind of love that so many hope for. So happy with how Tessa brought us full circle and even showed hints of the next generation.    Sweet  Sizzling PERFECTION on every page.

Shiver by C. M. Foss - @cmfossbooks

This was a very romantic and funny book but that wasn't the whole story. This Author threw a little twist in towards the end.   I loved the banter and funny as heck moments between Ethan and Lissa. From the moment they re-connected I found them having an adorable and comfortable relationship. It was like they were already friends but had that underlying crush going on. Ethan had some issues to deal with before he came and claimed Lissa for his own. I was worried for only a short moment about how they’d work it out. This sexy rough horse lover was something else.  Yes..  Ethan was honest and upfront and just went after Lissa and nothing was gonna stop them from making this “weird” and “quirky” romance work. There were sexy times and some pretty amazing and passionate times too.  I loved how the story flowed and kept me wanting to flip one more page. It was so  sweet and sexy and  went from friends, to falling in love and then we got to see what happens after the honeymoon. A sweet baby boy comes into the picture and their lives are totally turned upside down. I had moments of sheer frustration for family and also I had moments of tears from the way they loved each other so much. Ethan was phenomenal as a father, provider and husband.    Lissa was so extraordinary in her capacity to push forward and never give up. The way they found the funny in the mundane and the sanity in the insane blew me away. This author took a very emotional subject and injected it with enough humor, compassion and so much grace that  I couldn’t stop reading until I found out what happened to this extraordinary family.  I'll be watching C. M. Foss from here on out.
