Mended (Connections #3) By Kim Karr

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/17413362-mended

Kim Karr has a way of writing that transports me to this realm of oh my gosh I'm in heaven romance. River Wilde had this unexplainable pull that just sucked me in "really" and I was just wanting more and more. Then came Jagger and I was like damn she did it again. Well Kim, Xander is just oh my gosh goodness and more! Like I loved his freaking intensity. He was just yumminess on a stick and I didn't need a cherry.
Xander had a way of loving Ivy that just seemed so beautiful and sensual like he cherished her. Tenderness, passion and sizzling scenes kept me so enthralled. Xander you are epic.

So I'm done going gaga for the moment. I am just going to say there was so many intense and heart breaking moments in this book that I thought I might just end up on Prozac. I mean things that I never thought Kim would do to me ..she did. It hurt I am not lying. But well she in her brilliant way was able to bring the sunshine back in and this sweet couple came out on the other side and I enjoyed this book even through the sadness.
I anxiously await the chance to see if Kim can redeem Ben. I just have a thing against people who do what he did.  It's very hard for me to forgive them. I don't know how she can do it but I'll give it a chance. Bring on Blurred.

Protecting You by S. Donahue

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/21483440-protecting-you

I went into this book not really knowing what to expect. I honestly thought it was going to be a serious romantic suspense like I love. But it took me by surprise with it's funny as hell moments.  The two main characters Brendan and Joella were such smartasses. Like they knew just what to say to push the other's buttons and the one liners would fly! I loved it. I needed this kind of romance so badly today. Brendan didn't fall short in any of my alpha male check list either. He was so possessive and just well alpha. But he had that added edge of just smart ass Boston and I loved it.

Sometimes you need some laughter and some hotness and this one gives you both. But I won't lie and tell you that I didn't get emotional when some of the shocking revelations came through. I did quite a few times. I can say I enjoyed this little gem thoroughly and I'm looking forward to more from this refreshing author.

Passion by Jordan Silver

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/18272850-passion

So I'm totally blown away at this point. I went into this book thinking it's gonna be a sweet maybe hot (I mean hell it's Jordan Silver) love story about some teenagers in highschool and they might fight a little then make up and ride off into the sunset with a lot of hot sex in the middle. I know ..the first thing I had to get over was that the main characters Josh and Carrie are 17. That was a little weird for me once the sex started. But after I got past that I just forgot their ages and got lost in the story. One thing is for certain. Jordan Silver never ceases to amaze me with her sudden moments of pure emotional BOOM. Like there was a point in this book, I was crying, gasping, blubbering and just had my hand over my heart. Nobody died..nope..Just pure romantic love and so freaking emotional. I was in heaven.

I love this type of story. Where you feel the characters emotions and you actually hurt when they hurt and are happy when they are happy. Josh definitely had an old soul. Carrie had a lot to learn and she needed that guiding hand. She was different than any other heroine of JS that I've ever read. She was very independent and cocky and also very very prideful. So these two butted heads for most of the book. That being said when they came together in the most passionate ways. They truly were the most passionate and emotional couple I've read of Jordan's.
I was left breathless. I loved it. So much. Jordan you are really my escape.

Wilde Riders (Old Town Country Romance #1) by Savannah Young

Wow, this was a surprising quick yet satisfying sexy sweet country romance. Cooper and Riley both from Manhattan trying to make in the corporate rat race. Neither looking for love but a little company of the sexy variety wouldn't have been frowned upon by either one of them. They meet in the craziest circumstances far from home but found out that "home" is relative term.
I loved every moment these two spent together and wanted it to go on and on.
From Ferris Wheel kisses to skee-ball competition, and Sizzling love scenes.
I was in sensual sweet romance heaven.

Such a surprising romance that I felt like I was watching a mini movie and couldn't put it down from the moment I started.

A sweet country farm  and refreshing descriptions of sunflowers and sexy times left me just me  feeling a sense of happiness after I  closed my Kindle.

I had a sappy smile right there on my face.
I love a feel good story and this one just oozes with sexy yet rejuvenating romance.

Alongside Cooper is some pretty interesting brothers. Three of them and each has their captivating story and I definitely will be following this series to find out more. I really want to jump right into Tucker's story since he's a military hero and they always grab my heart.

Sweet Filthy Boy by Christina Lauren

Sweet Filthy Boy ...lived directly up to it's name in no time flat. This series is just destined to be fantastic if it continues like this. Romance, SEX, passion, intrigue and SEX did I say SEX?? Yea hot filthy but sweet as sinful sugar SEX.

I really enjoyed  this book so much. I can't say enough that sometimes I just want a sweet , tender , passionate but dirty talking hero. Ansel fit the bill perfectly. Oh boy did he.

From the explosive start to the passionate journey, I held on for the sensual sweet but dirty as hell ride.

There were so many moments in this story that touched me so deep that I had to stop and reread it just to savor and absorb how wonderful it was.

I loved how it unfolded and progressed and simply didn't want it to end. I can't wait for Harlow's story.
