My First, My Last was a very sweet and romantic story about second chances and how they can sneak up on you but also how when true love is involved, nothing will stand in it's way.
Both Adrian and Mia had to move on so long ago when they both lost the chance of a very powerful love. So young and so many years ahead of them they just went on with their lives in the best way they knew how. Failed marriages and relationships, along with being parents they find themselves older but still harboring a deep love for each other decades later.
Adrian helped Mia remember how sweet and wonderful their first love was and how he wanted them to be also their last
Adrian comes to town determined to make Mia his and what progresses is a very sweet and sexy story about taking the past and weaving it into the present and future. Mia did drive me a bit batty with her and her ex husband's relationship but eventually she woke up and put him in his place. All in all this was a very sweet and sentimental read.
